Adult Training Times – Physical Readiness Program
Monday-Friday
1 hour training sessions
Morning:
Every half hour starting at 6am through 9:30am
We have evening training is available as well. 2 time slots at 6pm and 6:30pm
Athlete Training Times
Monday-Friday
1.5 hour training sessions
We have 1.5 hour training sessions available daily starting at 3:30 PM. We are blessed to have athletes from many different schools, so we understand the difficulty of transportation. We do not have a hard start time for our athletes, we simply ask they arrive here ASAP after school is out.
We can also accommodate morning training hours for more advanced high school and collegiate athletes.
